The band started out as a solo project by Joben Amador and managed to produce a 4-track demo but it was never released. He thought that it would be a great idea if the tracks would be played by a full band.
Amador who happens to be a former drummer of a band called “Grimtooth” ( Thrash metal act from Naga) shared the tracks with the vocalist John Mclain, upon listening to the tracks Mclain Agreed to take the vocals role for the grindcore band.
Mclain and Amador Started conceptualizing for the upcoming formation of the band. Amador Will handle the guitars and Mclain on vocals. Because they still lack a drummer, they called on Paul Salvador who happens to be a drummer for “Bipher” ( Black Thrash Metal from Naga). Salvador Joined the band without hesitation and on that day Malicious Existence was born.
Because it’s already a full band, each member shared their ideas in creating tracks, and the 4-track demo turned out to be a 9-Track demo with one song cover from Napalm Death. It was a raw demo, purely D.I.Y. It was called “Pandemonium Demo 2014”
After Releasing the Demo, the band started playing in local gigs. They brought noise to every event which made the crowd a little surprised because the songs were short, fast, dirty and noisy (Qualities that define a grindcore shit) The band wasn’t given a warm welcome in some events because the crowd was expecting a band that would show excellent musicianship, but what they got are 3 bastards who play noisy grindcore.
After Getting stoked because of the Demo, the band decided to create more tracks for the upcoming EP, still they managed to add some songs and do the recordings. The band produced an 11-Track EP and it was self-released. The First copies were sold during the 20th Anniversary of one of the most respected band in the noise industry, Disabuse. The band also played on the event which is an honor for them and consider it as the greatest gig they ever played on.
