Malicious Existence Interview (2015)

Zupbraders, hows this earth treating you ?
always striving for something but we’re doing fine here, Joey.

Hows M.E for now? How did the band get started and gets its name
M.E is doing okay we think.. We’re just keeping on making new stuff discovering new way to pollute this world with noise. Jobenator got our name from Brutal truth (Denial of existence) and from napalm death (malicious intent). He just combined it.

Are you guys sharing same musik influences? Why choosing grindcore as your noise? Any other bands                           in your area playing grind/crust?
We are the only one who plays grindcore here in Naga and Yes we are sharing kinds of influences when it comes to making new tracks. We chose grind core because it has the sound of thrashing, the hardcore sound of punk and the fvcked up noise.

Bands that"s influences M.E to play fast loud and crisp to listeners ears?
we are influenced by early napalm death (hatred and surge, Scum) grindcrust bands and Powerviolence bands. But right now we are exploring the other noise and keep on improving our sound.

Any new release from M.E? Your band discography?
Our 2nd Demo (Grinding your soul out) is on Nopop Records,  our split with Sete Star sept is already out and our split with snuffx. You can snag a copy on Grindfather Records and Nuclear Alcoholocaust Records on those splits.

How can you describe your scene in your area? Any active zine's
We Have some several Metal head friends and the Punk Rock Trio of Naga City (The Class. CHECK THEM OUT) that support us on every gig here. The scene here is dominated by the generic Metalcore, posthardcore and some trendy crap.
. Whats keeps you guys busy besides M.E? Any others projects ?
aside from the band we are also busy on our own life. Yes. The members of M.E  busy on their personal lives too..
.
 Your goal?
Our goal is to keep on polluting the world with our fvcked up Noise….

Just answer what comes up on your mind: Grind Disrupt Blastbeat Naga Love
Grind = Embrace it. Disrupt = D Best. Blast Beat = The way it should be. Naga = Maorag. Love = Life.

ThnxalotBraders for sharing your time for my zine, this space is now yours. Shouts/Hates/comments etc.
Thanks to our friends who keep on supporting us since the beginning, to those people who keep on supporting the scene. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST. Special thanks to Mike Magnvs, Winel, Meljohn, Kevin Guerra, Paulo Imperial Clyde Acuña our families and the punk rock trio of naga city THE CLASS (Seriously check them out. Their album is out now). THANK YOU.
